An expert in A/V, design, flowers, food, wine, and hospitality, our professionalism comes guaranteed by a wide range of experience working in Saskatoon and organizing events for a multitude of event in the world of business.

At the discretion of management security can be arranged by the Saskatoon Event Centre, with costs charged to renter.
- First security staff member is free, additional security staff will be $15 per hour
Additional A/V and Lighting
- Sound tech fee of $250, each additional tech is $250
- Additional mics (incl. table mics, lapel mics, wireless), backline for bands are available at extra cost
- Wages and details available upon request.
These events and rentals are very important, as the wider community uses the Saskatoon Event Centre for whatever they need, and it also provides necessary revenues.

Weekend Rental Rates
- Room: Friday, Saturday, And Sunday: All Day (8:00am – 3:00am)
- $800/Day, 2 day rental $1500, 3 day rental $2100
- Room: Friday, Saturday, And Sunday: Day Only (8:00am – 3:00pm)
- $300/Day, 2 day rental $500, 3 day rental $700
Weekday Meeting Rental Rates

- Room (Mon – Thurs) – $200 per day (8:00am – 5:00pm)
- Evenings available – $300 per evening (5:00pm – 12:00pm)
- Evenings available – $500 per evening (5:00pm – 3:00am)
Set Up and Clean Up
- Do it all yourself – no charge
- Room setup of tables, chairs, linen and A/V (not including décor) – $200
- Room takedown (not including décor) – $200
- Full setup and takedown of tables, chairs, linen, and décor – $500
